Work carried out 
Full strip down and clean of the body and key work. 
All mechanical parts cleaned 
All pads checked and cleaned 
All regulation checked and adjusted 
Vent heights checked and adjusted with double action removed 
All corks checked and refitted as needed. 

This is a great starter flute up to grade 6. it is in very good condition with little use as pads and silver plating good condition. 
There are  very minor signs of age to the Flute but these in no way effect the playing or the general excellent condition of the flute. (please see pics) 
The Flute comes with  a case cover and new cleaning stick. I think this Flute was bought but never played as the pads look unused it has just sat in its case for some 10 years.

Work carried out

  • Full strip down and clean

  • All pads cleaned and checked

  • 6 new pads added

  • All pads checked and shims added for correct seating

  • New head cork

  • A couple of small dents removed

  • Felts and corks added where needed 

Issues

  • The flute had not been used for a number of years and the plating along the front edge shows signs of age . This is not to obvious but is definitely visible ( see pics)

  • small dink on lip plate which is only cosmetic, you cant see it on the picture but its visible in the right light.

  • The plating has lost its shine on 2 keys (see pics) 

  • The original Yamaha case has its handle broken the case itself is in good condition but an outer cover with handles would be good or I can replace the Yamaha case with a new alternative if you prefer.

This is a great flute that is ready to go and should give you many years of use it is slightly cheaper due to the cosmetic issues but mechanically the flute is in great condition. 

It has had a full service with 6 new pads for which I would normally charge £100.
